Jeannette I. Grimm, 87 of Clermont passed away January 24, 2012 surrounded by loving family. She was born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio and came to Florida 20 years ago. She is predeceased by her loving husband John Grimm. Jeannette is survived by her 2 sons John Grimm & wife Meg; Joel Grimm & wife Marie; 3 daughters June and husband Otmer Evans; Julia and husband Jonathan Nelson; Jane and husband Wally Mann. 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 predeceased great-grandchild along with many loved ones and friends.
Jeannette was formerly a member of United Methodist Church of Ravenna, Ohio. She graduated from Garfield High School and University of Akron, Ohio. Jeannette worked as a substitute teacher for Portage County. Jeannette was an avid reader of all subjects, loved to travel especially to the American West, was fond of the Native American Culture and followed her English roots. She was always willing to help anyone in need with a kind heart.
